* To benefit from exchange and return services, the original invoice must be presented. * Returns within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: * The product is in its original condition, the same as at the time of purchase, with all accessories and wrapped in the original packaging. * In case of purchasing a bundle or offer package, the customer must return all products included in the package, and partial returns are not allowed, provided all products are in their original condition. * The customer bears the shipping cost for returns or exchanges. * Products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven, noting that non-returnable products are those that violate or fall outside the warranty conditions such as (misuse – parts – breakage – the product opened in a non-original condition – failure to follow operating instructions – exposure to water if not water-resistant – external repairs – complete or partial device malfunction due to using incompatible accessories). * The Modern Issuance store has the right to cancel any customer's order if there is a site malfunction, a pricing error, or if the product is out of stock, and to refund the amount to the customer's bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand the product be provided. * Our policy is subject to change without notice. Modern Issuance reserves the right to modify policies at any time without prior notice to the customer. * Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products: electronic devices, tablets, mobile phones, laptops, Apple products, electronic vouchers, cards, and gifts.
